# Work as a Zulma Pro in Niagara

> Apply to become a Zulma Pro. Set your own schedule, see every payout before you accept, keep 70% of the job plus 100% of tips, and get paid to your own payout account.

Zulma is an on-demand services platform serving the Niagara region of Ontario. Pros on Zulma cover cleaning, lawn care, and car detailing. The work is service-agnostic: get approved once, then accept the jobs that fit your skills and your schedule. You run your own schedule, build your own roster of regulars, and see your full payout before you ever accept a booking.

## Who can be a Pro

You apply to join, verify your identity, and pass a background check to get approved. After that, you carry the insurance and police check the work requires before your first job, then accept jobs in the Pro app. You do not need to join for one specific service. The same approval lets you take cleaning, lawn, and detailing work, so you can mix the jobs that suit you.

## Why Pros choose Zulma

**Set your own schedule.** You choose which jobs to accept or decline. There are no quotas and no minimum hours, and you are never penalised for turning a job down.

**Transparent pay.** You see the full payout before you accept any job. No surprise deductions, ever.

**Keep what you earn.** You keep 70% of the base, add-ons, and surcharges on every job, plus 100% of your tips. Tips go entirely to you. When a customer is on a recurring discount, you are paid on the pre-discount amount, so recurring discounts come out of Zulma's share, not yours. **Direct payouts.** Earnings land in your own connected payout account through Stripe. Track your earnings and payouts in the app.

**Build a client base.** Customers can favourite you, and recurring bookings prioritise matching you first. That gives you a stable, predictable roster of regulars over time.

## Your contractor status

You are an independent contractor, not a Zulma employee. That means:

* You set your own hours and choose which jobs to accept or decline, without penalty.
* You may work for competing services at the same time.
* You report your own income and are responsible for your own taxes.
