# Zulma for Businesses

> Recurring commercial cleaning with published per-square-foot pricing, real insurance, and per-visit photo proof. Offices, retail, medical, restaurants, and salons across Niagara and Ontario.

Zulma for Businesses is recurring commercial cleaning built for transparency. You get a price from a calculator before you talk to anyone, a written quote you can hold us to, a clear contract, and a clean that shows up on a schedule you set. Every visit comes with photo proof and a sanitization log, so you always know the work was done.

No quotes-by-appointment-only. No mystery line items. Your price is published, your scope is written down, and your visits are documented.

## How it works

  <Step title="Receive a written quote">
    We turn your inputs into a written quote with the scope, tier, frequency, and price spelled out. You can ask for a quick call before you sign.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign the service agreement">
    Approve the quote and clickwrap the agreement. Set your access method and any access notes, which are surfaced read-only to the assigned crew. Your first clean is often scheduled within a week.

  <Step title="Recurring service begins">
    Your crew arrives on schedule. Every visit is documented with photo proof and a sanitization log, and billing recurs monthly. Change frequency or tier anytime with 14 days' notice.

Every account runs on one of three tiers. The tier sets both the depth of each visit and where you land in the per-square-foot range.
