# Supplies & Access

> What Zulma brings, what you provide, how our crews get in, and how off-hours cleaning works for your commercial account.

Two practical questions come up before your first commercial clean: who supplies what, and how does the crew get in after hours. Here is exactly how both work.

## Supplies and equipment

Zulma arrives ready to work. We bring the core supplies and equipment for every visit, so you do not stock a cleaning closet on our behalf.

| What Zulma brings | What you provide |
| -------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Cleaning products (general, glass, surface, floor) | Washroom paper goods (toilet paper, hand towels) |
| Trash bags | Soap and hand-soap dispenser refills |
| Paper towels for crew use | Any specialty product you specifically prefer |
| Equipment (vacuums, mops, tools)                   |                                                  |

<Note>
  Washroom consumables sit on your side because stocking and brand preferences vary by site, and most facilities already buy these in bulk. If you want us to use a particular product line, tell us and we will work it into the visit.
</Note>

<Info>
  Zulma isn't charging sales tax during launch, so your quoted price is all-in.

## Getting the crew in

You choose the access method that fits your building. Whatever you pick, every access event is logged so you have a clear record of who was on site and when.

### Access logging

Every entry and exit tied to your account is logged. You always have a record of when the crew arrived and left, which matters for after-hours and unattended cleans.

### Alarm and security coordination

If your premises are alarmed, Zulma can coordinate with your security or alarm vendor for arming and disarming. Set this up during onboarding so the crew can arm and disarm correctly from the first visit, with no false alarms.

<Tip>
  Set your access method and any access notes during onboarding. Those notes are surfaced read-only to the assigned crew, so the people on site have exactly what they need and nothing more.
</Tip>

## Off-hours cleaning

Most office accounts clean outside business hours so the workspace is ready before staff arrive and no one is working around a crew. The off-hours window is straightforward.

**Off-hours window:** after 8 PM on weekdays, plus all weekend and holiday hours.

Cleans scheduled inside that window carry a **+14.99% surcharge**. This is standard for most office accounts and is built into your quote so there are no surprises on your invoice.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="When does the surcharge apply?">
    It applies to any visit scheduled after 8 PM on a weekday, or at any time on a weekend or statutory holiday. Daytime weekday cleans inside normal business hours do not carry the surcharge.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why clean off-hours at all?">
    An empty workspace means a faster, more thorough clean and no disruption to your team. For many offices, restaurants, and clinics, off-hours is simply the only practical time. The surcharge covers the premium of evening, overnight, and weekend scheduling.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I mix daytime and off-hours visits?">
    Yes. Your schedule is yours to set. If some visits land in business hours and others off-hours, the surcharge applies only to the off-hours visits, and your quote reflects the mix.
  </Accordion>
