# Zulma+ and Zulma Household

> Compare Zulma's two membership tiers. Cashback as Zulma credit, tip protection, free rush, cancellation grace, and a quarterly household credit.

Zulma has two memberships. Both turn everyday bookings into a little money back, smooth out the small fees, and put your favourite Pros within reach first. Pick the one that fits how often you book.

Zulma Household includes everything in Zulma+, then adds the higher cashback rate and the \$50 quarterly credit.

## What each perk means

    A percentage of every booking comes back to you as Zulma credit, **+2%** on Zulma+, **+3%** on Zulma Household. Credit applies automatically to future bookings; it isn't a cash payout.

    Covers up to **\$10 per quarter**, four times a year. Your Pro is always paid in full. This perk protects your side of the tip.

  <Accordion title="Free same-day rush">
    The same-day rush surcharge is waived on your bookings, so a last-minute clean doesn't cost extra.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Extended cancellation grace">

  <Accordion title="First-look priority on favourite Pros">
    A short priority window on the Pros you've favourited, so the people who already know your home get the first chance to take the job.

    Zulma Household adds **\$50 in Zulma credit every quarter**. On top of cashback. Use it toward any booking.

## Joining and cancelling

    Cancel within **14 days** for a full refund of the membership fee. After that, your membership runs through the period you've paid for.
