# Deep clean: top-to-bottom service scope and pricing

> The thorough option for Niagara homes. Starting from $315. Baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, behind appliances. Plan for 4–6 hours.

The deep clean is Zulma's most thorough residential service. Your Pro works through every room covering everything in a standard clean, then goes further: wiping every baseboard, detailing blinds and tracks, cleaning ceiling fans, opening cabinets, and pulling out appliances. Plan for 4–6 hours. Pricing starts at \$315 for a 3-bed / 2-bath home. Your final price is shown before you confirm, with no hidden fees. Zulma isn't charging sales tax during launch, so the number you see is the number you pay.

## What's included

Every item below is part of the base price. A deep clean starts with the full standard scope, then adds the detailed work.

**Full standard clean of every room**

* Beds made, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped
* Kitchen and bathrooms fully serviced (counters, appliance exteriors, sink, faucet, toilet, tub/shower, mirrors)
* Microwave interior wiped

**Deep clean additions**

* Baseboards: wiped throughout the home
* Blinds and window tracks: dusted and detailed
* Ceiling fans: blades and housing wiped
* Inside cabinets: shelves and interiors wiped
* Behind appliances: pulled out where movable, floor cleaned underneath
* Light fixtures: wiped and polished

## What it costs

The \$315 starting price covers a 3-bed / 2-bath home with no add-ons. Larger homes scale predictably:

## When to choose a deep clean

**Spring or fall reset.** Get the house in pristine shape twice a year so your routine standard cleans stay manageable.

**Before hosting.** Holiday parties, in-laws visiting, a baby shower. Book it 2–3 days before so the place feels presented.

**First clean with a new Pro.** Setting a high baseline makes recurring standard cleans much more effective.

## Frequently asked questions

    Twice a year is typical: once in spring and once in fall. If you have pets, allergies, or a busy household, every 3–4 months keeps things in great shape.

  <Accordion title="Why does it take so much longer than a standard clean?">
    Deep cleans are physically intensive: pulling cushions, wiping every baseboard, detailing blinds and tracks. Zulma allocates 4–6 hours so the job is done right, not rushed.

  <Accordion title="Do I need to move things out of the way?">
    Not really, but clearing clutter off counters and floors helps the Pro reach the surfaces themselves. Large furniture won't be moved for safety reasons.

  <Accordion title="Can I add inside-fridge or oven cleaning?">
    Yes. They're popular add-ons at \$30 and \$40 respectively. Pick them at booking time. The Pro will pre-treat surfaces while working on other areas for the most thorough result.

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-in/out clean?">
    A move-in/out clean is a deep clean of an empty home. No furniture in the way means the Pro can get behind everything and inside every cabinet without obstacles. A deep clean is for an occupied, furnished home.
