# Laundry pickup & delivery

> Wash-dry-fold, picked up and delivered to your door. Launching soon across Niagara.

Zulma Laundry is **wash-dry-fold, picked up and delivered**. You fill a bag, we pick it up, it comes back clean and folded. Priced by the pound, with every charge shown up front.

## Where it's coming

Laundry will be available across all **10 Zulma cities**: St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Thorold, Welland, Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln, Pelham, and Hamilton.

## What we'll take

## How it will work

  <Step title="Pick a pickup window">
    Choose a 2-hour window. Same-day pickup is planned if you book before noon. Contactless is fine. Just leave your bag out.

  <Step title="We weigh it at pickup">
    Your Pro weighs the bag and photographs the scale. Your price is the **actual weight**. Never more than your estimate without your okay.
  </Step>

  <Step title="We wash it on its own">
    Each customer's laundry is washed on its own, **never mixed with anyone else's**. We follow your saved preferences for temperature, drying, and detergent.

  <Step title="It comes back folded">
    Clean, folded, and bagged, then delivered to your door. If you're not in, we'll leave it with a photo.

## Planned pricing

These are the prices we're planning **at launch**. Final pricing is confirmed in the app when Laundry goes live. Zulma isn't charging sales tax during launch. Your price is all-in.

## How weighing and payment will work

You don't have to guess the weight. We price on what your laundry actually weighs, and we never quietly charge more than you expected.

  <Step title="Well over your estimate? We ask first">
    If your laundry weighs in well over what you estimated, we **pause and message you** with the new weight and price before we wash a thing. No surprise charges.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You're charged on the real weight">
    Your final price is based on the actual weight plus any add-ons. All itemized on your receipt, with no sales tax during launch.

## Care & peace of mind

* **Your laundry, on its own**. One customer per machine cycle. We never mix loads.
* **Saved preferences**. Set your temperature, drying, and detergent once; we remember them.
* **Fragrance-free on request**. Flag a sensitivity and we'll wash fragrance-free.
* **Photos as proof**. We weigh, wash, and deliver with photos along the way.

  Spot a problem after delivery? Tell us within **24 hours** and we'll make it right with a re-wash or a Zulma credit.

## Frequently asked

  <Accordion title="How do I estimate the weight?">
    You won't have to. We weigh your bag at pickup and charge the real weight, with a photo of the scale. The amount we hold up front is only an estimate based on the bag you fill.

  <Accordion title="What if my laundry weighs more than I guessed?">
    A small difference is covered by the estimate. If it's well over, we pause and message you with the exact new price **before** washing. You approve it, or we wash only what you authorized.

  <Accordion title="Do I have to be home?">
    No. Contactless pickup and delivery are planned. Leave your bag out for pickup, and we'll leave your clean laundry at your door with a photo if you're not in.

  <Accordion title="Can you wash fragrance-free?">
    Yes. You'll be able to request a fragrance-free wash when you book, which is helpful for sensitive skin.

    Tell us within 24 hours of delivery. We document your laundry along the way, so we can sort it out quickly. Made right with a re-wash or a Zulma credit.
