Zulma is an on-demand platform that connects homeowners in the Niagara region of Ontario with vetted, insured crew members for residential cleaning and lawn care. You pick the service, choose a time slot, and Zulma matches you with an available crew member — often in under 30 seconds. Every booking comes with transparent, HST-included pricing and no contracts.

What Zulma offers

Zulma covers both sides of home maintenance through two service categories. Cleaning handles everything inside your home across four tiers:
  • Standard Clean — regular upkeep for a fresh home (2–3 hrs, from $169)
  • Deep Clean — top-to-bottom, every corner (4–6 hrs, from $256)
  • Move-in / Move-out — complete clean for transitions (5–7 hrs, from $297)
  • Post-Construction Clean — remove dust and debris after a build (6–8 hrs, from $338)
Lawn care covers the outside across four services:
  • Weekly Mowing — cut, edge, and tidy, every other week or weekly (0.75–1.5 hrs, from $49)
  • Spring Cleanup — rake, debris removal, edging, and first cut of season (3–5 hrs, from $199)
  • Fall Cleanup — leaf removal, gutter cleaning, end-of-season prep (4–6 hrs, from $249)
  • Hedge Trimming — shape and trim shrubs and hedges to spec (1.5–3 hrs, from $89)
Lawn care is seasonal, typically available April through November in the Niagara region.
