Your Zulma account is where you manage everything after you book. From tracking upcoming visits to updating your payment method or filing a dispute, all your account tools are in one place.

What you can do

Bookings — View every past, upcoming, and cancelled booking. Switch between a list view and a calendar view. Re-book a previous service or open any booking to manage it directly. Favorites — Save crew members you trust. When you book, Zulma pings your favorites first. If none are available in your time window, the job opens to other vetted, insured, and background-checked cleaners in your area. Recurring schedules — Set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits and manage them here. You can skip an upcoming visit, pause your schedule temporarily, or cancel at any time. Payment methods — Add, remove, or set a default card for your bookings. Zulma supports Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Card data is handled by Stripe — Zulma never sees your full card number. Saved addresses — Store your home, work, or other frequently used addresses so you can book in one tap. You can also add notes to any address for your crew (gate codes, parking instructions, pets, and so on). Notifications — Choose how Zulma reaches you: email, SMS, or push. Transactional alerts — booking confirmations, crew-assigned notices, and receipts — always go out as part of the service. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in under CASL. Credits and promos — See your current credit balance, review your full history of earned, spent, and expired credits, and redeem promo codes. Disputes — File and track issues with completed bookings. Coverage includes property damage, missing items, quality concerns, crew conduct, and billing discrepancies, each with its own reporting window. Settings — Update your name, email, and phone number. Manage your privacy preferences, download a copy of your data, or permanently delete your account.
