Your Zulma account is where you manage everything after you book. From tracking upcoming visits to updating your payment method or filing a dispute, all your account tools are in one place.

What you can do

Bookings. View every past, upcoming, and cancelled booking. Switch between a list view and a calendar view. Re-book a previous service or open any booking to manage it directly. Favourites. Save Pros you trust. When you book, Zulma pings your favourites first. If none are available in your time window, the job opens to other vetted, insured, and background-checked Pros in your area. Recurring schedules. Set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits and manage them here. You can skip an upcoming visit, pause your schedule temporarily, or cancel at any time. Recurring visits earn an ongoing discount: 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, 10% monthly, starting from your second visit. Payment methods. Add, remove, or set a default card for your bookings. Zulma supports Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Card data is handled by Stripe, so Zulma never sees your full card number. Saved addresses. Store your home, work, or other frequently used addresses so you can book in one tap. You can also add notes to any address for your Pro: gate codes, parking instructions, pets, and so on. Notifications. Choose how Zulma reaches you: email, SMS, or push. Transactional alerts like booking confirmations, Pro-assigned notices, and receipts always go out as part of the service. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in under CASL. Credits and promos. See your current credit balance, review your full history of earned, spent, and expired credits, and enter a promo code at checkout. Memberships. Manage your Zulma+ or Zulma Household membership, see your perks, and track your quarterly credits. See plans and perks for what each tier includes. Disputes. File and track issues with completed bookings. Coverage includes property damage, missing items, quality concerns, Pro conduct, and billing discrepancies, each with its own reporting window. Resolutions are credits-first: a re-clean or a Zulma credit, not a cash refund. Settings. Update your name, email, and phone number. Manage your privacy preferences, export a copy of your data, or permanently delete your account.

How billing works

When you book, Zulma places a hold on your card for the quoted amount. That hold is only captured when your visit is marked complete. If a booking is cancelled before any work begins, the hold is released and never charged. Your price is all-in: Zulma isn’t charging sales tax during launch, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Your data and privacy

Zulma follows PIPEDA. You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account from Account, then Settings. Your data is never sold. Payments run through Stripe, so Zulma never stores your full card number.
