Zulma credits are a balance on your account that reduces the total you pay at checkout. You earn credits through referrals, promotional offers, and goodwill adjustments. Here is how they work.

How credits are applied

Credits apply automatically at checkout — you do not need to do anything. Zulma uses the oldest credit first, so credits closer to expiry are always spent before newer ones. Each credit carries its own expiry date, typically between 6 and 12 months from when it was issued. Unused credits remain on your account until they expire; there is nothing to activate or claim.
Credits reduce your booking total at checkout. Any remaining balance after credits are applied is charged to your saved card.
Credits cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash.

Viewing your balance

Go to Account → Credits to see:
  • Your current credit balance
  • A full history of credits earned, credits spent, and credits that have expired
Each entry in your history shows the source, amount, and expiry date of that credit.

Redeeming a promo code

You can redeem a promo code in two places:
1

At checkout

Enter your promo code in the promo code field during the booking confirmation step. The credit is applied immediately to that booking.
2

In your credits section

Go to Account → Credits and enter the code in the redeem field. The credit is added to your balance and will apply automatically on your next booking.
If you have a promo code, redeeming it before you book means the credit is already in your balance and applies automatically at checkout without any extra steps.
