Same-day availability varies by city. Core areas like St. Catharines, Thorold, and Niagara Falls typically have the most same-day slots. Availability in outer areas depends on Pro coverage at the time you book.

Short-term-rental turnovers

Zulma for Hosts handles automated turnover cleaning between guest stays for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com hosts. At launch, turnovers are available in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. We’re expanding to more of the region next.

Laundry

Wash-dry-fold laundry is coming soon across all ten cities. It isn’t bookable yet. Open the laundry tile in the app and tap Remind me to join the waitlist, and we’ll let you know the moment it goes live in your area.

Lawn care availability

Lawn care services, including mowing, spring cleanup, fall cleanup, and hedge trimming, are seasonal. Service is typically available from April through November in the Niagara region.
Lawn care visits are weather-dependent. Zulma or your assigned Pro may reschedule a visit at no charge when weather makes the work unsafe or ineffective (active rain, lightning, wet grass, ice, and similar conditions). You’ll be notified as soon as conditions develop, and rescheduled to the next available day in your window.

Noise bylaws for lawn care

Most Niagara-region cities restrict gas-powered or amplified equipment to standard daytime hours, typically 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays. Pros will not arrive before the earliest permitted local start time. If your city enforces stricter rules, add a note to your booking and Zulma will route accordingly.
