What it is

You host on Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. You need the place cleaned and reset between every stay, reliably, without chasing anyone. Zulma for Hosts handles that end to end.
  • Calendar-driven. Connect your listing’s read-only calendar and Zulma creates a turnover for each checkout. No password sharing, no manual booking each time.
  • One Pro, one turn. A single vetted, insured Pro owns the entire turnover. No cross-Pro handoffs mid-clean. A backup Pro is assigned ahead of time in case anything comes up.
  • Photo proof, every time. You get before/after photos so you can confirm the unit is guest-ready without driving over.

Add your property

Enter beds, baths, square footage, in-unit laundry, par-set count, default check-in/out times, and access instructions. Details are stored encrypted.

Link your calendar

Paste your listing’s read-only iCal link from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. No account password needed.

Sign the attestations

Confirm you have authority to list the property, any required municipal STR licence, and adequate property/STR insurance.

Get approved and go live

Our team reviews and approves your property, then authorizes your card for the first turn. Turnovers are generated on a rolling 4–6 week window from there.

What it costs

Turnover pricing scales with property size, so you see your exact price when you add a property. There are two levels, Standard turnover and Deep turnover (a heavier reset, roughly 1.4× standard). As an example, a 2-bed Standard turnover runs about $129 one-off. The more turns you commit to, the lower the per-turn price. And that saving is shared with the Pro.

A same-day surge of +25% applies when a checkout and the next check-in fall on the same calendar day, because the window is tight. Add laundry if you want it. Insurance, plainly

The Pro carries their own $2M commercial general liability insurance, so you don’t need your own CGL for the turnover. But know that most STR/host policies (including AirCover-style coverage) typically respond only while a guest is checked in. Not during the turnover window. Verify your own coverage.

The fine print

We’d rather you read this here than be surprised later. If a clean is missed or the unit isn’t guest-ready, Zulma’s liability is capped at the cleaning fee. Consequential losses. Guest refunds, relocation costs, lost nights. Are excluded, and standard force-majeure applies. If something isn’t right with a completed turn, tell us and we’ll make it right with a re-clean or a Zulma credit.
Zulma isn’t charging sales tax during launch. Your price is all-in.
