The three levels at a glance
| Level | Name | Added cost | What the Pro does | Requires |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| L1 | Turnover only | +$0 | Cleans the unit; you handle all linen yourself | Nothing extra |
| L2 | Turnover + Wash | +$12–$30 by size | Makes beds from your clean spare set, washes the used set, photo of the dryer running (open-loop) | In-unit washer/dryer + 3 par sets |
| L3 | Turnover + Guaranteed | adds ~$28–$55 by size (3–4BR by quote) | Stays the full cycle: wash → dry → fold → store → photographed, all in one visit (closed-loop) | In-unit washer/dryer |
L1, Turnover only (+$0)
The Pro cleans the unit and leaves the linen to you. No washing, no bed-making with our hands on your sheets. You (or your own service) manage every set. Pick L1 when:- You already have a linen service or cleaner who handles laundry separately.
- You swap linen yourself between stays.
- The unit has no in-unit laundry.
L2, Turnover + Wash (open-loop)
The Pro makes the beds guest-ready from your clean spare par-set, then puts the used set in to wash and dry. You get a photo of the dryer running as proof the cycle started. This is an open-loop, no-blame handoff: the Pro starts the wash but doesn’t wait for it to finish. The freshly washed set is ready for the next turn. One Pro owns the whole turn. There are no cross-Pro handoffs within a single turnover. What you need for L2:- An in-unit washer and dryer.
- At least 3 par sets of linen, so there’s always a clean spare on hand.
| Property size | Added to turnover |
|---|---|
| Studio | +$12 |
| 1BR | +$14 |
| 2BR | +$16 |
| 3BR | +$23 |
| 4BR | +$30 |
- You have in-unit laundry and a rotation of par sets.
- You want the used linen washed without paying for the Pro to wait out the full cycle.
- A best-effort, ready-for-next-turn handoff works for your place.
L3, Turnover + Guaranteed (closed-loop)
The Pro stays for the full cycle. Wash, dry, fold, store, and photograph. All on the same visit. When they leave, the linen is done and put away, not mid-cycle. This is a closed-loop guarantee: everything is finished and documented before the unit is signed off. Added cost: roughly $28–$55 per turn depending on property size. 3–4BR properties are priced by quote because the cycle time and linen volume vary more at that size. You see your exact figure when you add the property, or reach out for a quote. Pick L3 when:- You want every turn left fully done. Folded and stored, guaranteed.
- You’d rather not depend on a par-set rotation or a best-effort handoff.
- The unit’s timing or guest expectations call for a closed loop.
Choosing your level
L1, Turnover only
Cheapest. You own all linen handling. Good if you already have a laundry service or no in-unit machines.
L2, Turnover + Wash
Mid-range. In-unit W/D plus 3 par sets. Used set washed, dryer-running photo, open-loop.
L3, Turnover + Guaranteed
Most complete. Pro stays the full cycle. Washed, dried, folded, stored, photographed in one visit.
You set a default laundry level per property and can change it whenever you like. Different properties can run different levels.
Good to know
Who provides the linen?
Who provides the linen?
You do, at every level. Zulma supplies no linen. For L2, you’ll need at least 3 par sets so there’s always a clean spare ready while the used set is being washed.
What's the difference between open-loop and closed-loop?
What's the difference between open-loop and closed-loop?
L2 is open-loop: the Pro starts the wash and sends a photo of the dryer running, but doesn’t wait for it to finish. The clean spare set is what makes the unit guest-ready. L3 is closed-loop: the Pro stays until everything is washed, dried, folded, stored, and photographed in that same visit.
Can I use L2 without in-unit laundry?
Can I use L2 without in-unit laundry?
No. L2 and L3 both need an in-unit washer and dryer. If the unit has no machines, choose L1 and handle linen yourself.
How do I know which proof I'll get?
How do I know which proof I'll get?
L2 includes a photo of the dryer running. L3 includes the linen photographed as part of the finished cycle. Every turnover, regardless of laundry level, also comes with before/after photo proof of the clean itself.
