We turn your inputs into a written quote with the scope, tier, frequency, and price spelled out. You can ask for a quick call before you sign.
Sign the service agreement
Approve the quote and clickwrap the agreement. Set your access method and any access notes, which are surfaced read-only to the assigned crew. Your first clean is often scheduled within a week.

Per-visit photos and a sanitization log are part of the service, not a paid add-on. You can see the work, and restaurants can hand the log to an inspector on demand.
Built for compliance
Crews are trained on the regulations your industry runs on, with a colour-coded mop and cloth system to keep clean and contaminated zones apart.
Zulma isn’t charging sales tax during launch, so your price is all-in.
