Every commercial clean is scoped to your industry. An office, a restaurant, and a dental clinic each need a different checklist, so we build the scope around the space you actually run. This page lists what a visit covers in each industry, then shows how the service tier changes how deep that visit goes.

How scope and tier work together

Two things shape your clean:
  • Your industry sets the checklist below. The tasks a restaurant kitchen needs are different from a retail sales floor.
  • Your tier sets how deep each visit goes. Same building, same square footage: the tier is what changes.
TierWhat it adds
EssentialThe basics. Trash, vacuum, sweep, surface wipe-down, restrooms. Sits at the floor of your industry’s price range.
ProfessionalEssential plus mopping, glass and interior windows, appliance exteriors, and detailed restrooms. The most common pick. Sits in the middle of the range.
PremiumProfessional plus deep touch-point sanitization and detailed dusting. Sits at the top of the range.
Restaurants start at Professional (kitchens need the deeper scope). For medical and dental we recommend Premium. Full tier details, including which industries can use which tiers, are in commercial service tiers.

What each visit covers

Pick your industry below. These are the tasks built into the per-visit scope. Glass and interior windows come in at the Professional tier and up; deep touch-point sanitization is a Premium feature.
Every visit:
  • Trash and recycling collected and taken out
  • Vacuum carpet, sweep and mop hard floors
  • Surface wipe-down (desks, counters, common areas)
  • Dusting of reachable surfaces
  • Restroom sanitization (toilets, sinks, mirrors, restocking)
  • Kitchen and break-room tidy, including appliance exteriors
At Professional and up:
  • Glass and interior windows
At Premium:
  • Deep touch-point sanitization (door handles, light switches, shared keyboards, phones)
Best for: any workspace, from a small studio to a multi-floor office. All three tiers fit.

A note on scope and supplies

Zulma brings the core supplies and equipment your crew needs to do the work. You provide washroom paper goods, soap dispensers, and any specialty product you prefer we use. The full breakdown, plus how access and off-hours scheduling work, is in supplies and access.

Need a different scope?

If your space doesn’t fit one industry checklist, or you want Premium scope in the lobby and Essential everywhere else, we can quote a custom blend. Email business@zulma.ca with your scope and we’ll structure the contract around it.
Whatever your industry and tier, the price in the calculator is what you pay. Zulma isn’t charging sales tax during launch, so your quote is all-in.

If a visit misses the mark

Tell us. Commercial cleans are covered by your contract terms, not the residential cancellation rules. We make it right with a re-clean or a Zulma credit.
