Supplies and equipment

Zulma brings the core supplies (cleaners, trash bags, paper towels for crew use) and all the equipment. You provide washroom paper goods, soap dispensers, and any specialty product preferences you want us to use. See supplies and access for the full breakdown.
Yes. If you have a specialty product preference, let us know and your crew will use it. Tell us during onboarding or email business@zulma.ca.

Access and scheduling

Your choice of key, code, or smart-lock app. Every access event is logged. We can also coordinate with your security or alarm vendor for arming and disarming. Details in supplies and access.
Yes. The off-hours window is after 8 PM on weekdays plus all weekend and holiday hours. Off-hours service carries a +14.99% surcharge, which is standard for most office accounts.

Insurance and compliance

Yes. Zulma carries $5M commercial general liability, plus bonding and WSIB. The subcontracted Pros who service your site each carry their own $2M commercial general liability.
Yes. Email business@zulma.ca to request a Certificate of Insurance and we will send it over.
For restaurants, per-visit photo proof and an auditable sanitization log are part of the service. You can hand the log to an inspector on demand. More in quality and compliance.

Tiers and minimums

Restaurants start at Professional. That tier covers the kitchen floor degrease and sanitize, hood-area wipe, walk-in fridge and freezer floors, the sanitization log, and per-visit photo proof.
Premium is recommended for medical and dental. It covers exam-room turnover sanitization, a colour-coded mop and cloth system, an auditable sanitization log, PIDAC infection-prevention practices, and OSHA bloodborne-pathogen protocols.
Yes. Change your frequency or tier anytime with 14 days’ notice. We reprice and prorate, with no re-contract. See contracts.

Contracts and cancelling

Month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month, with longer terms earning a discount (0/5/10/15%). Full details in contracts.
It depends on your term. Here is the notice and early-termination summary:

If you end the contract for cause, there is no early-termination fee.
Your 1-month deposit is returned as Zulma credit at the end of the term, as long as nothing is outstanding.

Billing and invoicing

Your first month is charged when service starts. A 1-month deposit is held on your card (not charged) and returned as Zulma credit at the clean end of the contract. After the first month, billing recurs monthly. More in billing.
Established accounts can apply for invoicing terms (Net 15, Net 30, or Net 45) instead of card auto-pay. On invoiced terms, payment reminders follow a set schedule:

No. Cash is not accepted. Payment is by card auto-pay, or by invoice for established accounts on approved terms.
No sales tax during launch. Zulma is not charging sales tax right now, so your price is all-in.
