What Apex is

Apex runs differently from the rest of Zulma. The work is done by W-2 employees. Direct staff, not contractors. So the same vetted, accountable team returns to your space. It’s designed for settings where privacy, predictability, and trust are non-negotiable:
  • Executive offices and boardrooms
  • High-net-worth private residences
  • Luxury post-construction handovers
Apex is by introduction or inquiry only. There’s no self-serve booking. Every engagement starts with a conversation and a scoped site visit.

Who it’s for

Apex suits environments that can’t be handled like an ordinary account: places where the cleaning team needs to be discreet, screened, and consistent, and where the work is sensitive enough that “anyone available” isn’t an option. The screening

Before anyone sets foot in your space, the Apex crew clears a heightened bar:
  • NDA-bound. Every team member signs a non-disclosure agreement
  • Government-reliability screened. Beyond a standard background check
  • $5M insured and bonded
  • WSIB-cleared
This screening happens before any site visit, so the first people you meet are already cleared to be there.

Published rates

Exact scope is quoted after a site visit. Published starting rates:

These are starting rates. Your final quote is set after a principal reviews your space in person and scopes the work.

Screening and site visit

NDA and government-reliability screening are completed before any site visit. We then scope your space in person and send an exact quote.
