Discount tiers

Open the recurring setup page
Go to account/recurring/new, or tap Set up recurring from your home screen.
Pick your service type
Select the kind of clean you want on every visit:
- Standard Clean — from $169
- Deep Clean — from $256
- Move-in / out — from $297
- Post-Construction — from $338
Enter your home details
Select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Zulma uses this to generate an accurate per-visit quote with the recurring discount already applied.
Choose add-ons
Add any optional services you want included on every clean — for example, inside fridge, baseboards, or pet hair surcharge. Any add-ons you select here are applied to every visit in your recurring schedule.
Choose your frequency
Pick how often you want your home cleaned: weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly. Your discount tier updates as you choose.
Pick your preferred day and time slot
Choose a day of the week (Mon–Sun) and a time slot. Your recurring clean will land on the same day each cycle. Available time slots are:8:00 AM · 10:00 AM · 11:00 AM · 12:30 PM · 2:00 PM · 3:30 PM
Enter or select your address
Choose a saved address or enter a new one. This is the address Zulma will clean on every recurring visit.
Select a preferred crew member (optional)
If you have a favorite crew member, select them here. Zulma will match them to your recurring visits whenever they’re available. Leave this set to Match me with anyone if you want the fastest possible matching with any vetted Zulma crew member.
Your recurring price is locked for the duration of your schedule. If a region-wide rate adjustment is ever necessary, Zulma will give you at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. You can cancel or pause your schedule at any time with no penalty.
