Booking a Zulma service takes only a few minutes. Visit app.zulma.ca, pick your service, configure your home, and choose a time slot. Your card is pre-authorized but not charged until a Pro accepts, and matching typically takes under 30 seconds. Your price is all-in: Zulma isn’t charging sales tax during launch, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Choose a service

Go to app.zulma.ca and select the service you need:
  • Standard Clean for regular upkeep (from $219)
  • Deep Clean for a seasonal or first-time top-to-bottom (from $315)
  • Move-in / out for an empty home in transition (from $347)
  • Post-Construction to clear dust and debris after a build (from $429)
  • Lawn care for mowing, seasonal cleanups, hedge trimming, and more
Prices are starting points for a 3-bed / 2-bath home with no add-ons. The live calculator at app.zulma.ca shows your exact price as you configure.

Configure your home

Select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms so Zulma can quote you accurately. Each bedroom beyond 3 adds $20, and each bathroom beyond 2 adds $15. Then choose any add-ons you want included. Each one adjusts your quoted price in real time before you confirm. Add-ons are entirely optional.

Pick a date and time slot

Choose Today for same-day service or pick a future date to schedule ahead. Available time slots are:8:00 AM · 10:00 AM · 11:00 AM · 12:30 PM · 2:00 PM · 3:30 PM
Same-day bookings include a $50 rush fee, shown transparently on your quote before you confirm. A peak slot (Friday from 4pm, Saturday, or Sunday) adds 15% on the base price.

Enter your home details and access notes

Enter your home address and select your property type (house, townhouse, condo, or apartment). Then add any notes your Pro should know before they arrive. All fields are optional but helpful:
  • Property access: lockbox code, smart lock code, gate code, or parking instructions
  • Pets & people: let your Pro know if pets will be home
  • Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms: any specific room requests
  • Mobile number: add your number to receive ETA texts (used only for this booking, no marketing)
You don’t need to be home. If you leave a code or key, your Pro can let themselves in. You’ll get a push and email when they arrive and again when the job is complete.

Review your price and continue to payment

Before you confirm, review the full price breakdown:
  • Base price (based on service, bedrooms, and bathrooms)
  • Any add-ons you selected
  • Same-day rush fee (+$50, if applicable)
  • Peak-slot or travel surcharge (if applicable)
Your price is all-in. There is no sales-tax line during launch. When you’re ready, tap Continue to payment. Your card is pre-authorized for the quoted amount, and it is not charged until a Pro accepts the job.

Get matched

After you confirm, Zulma matches you with an available, vetted Pro. Average match time is under 30 seconds in the Niagara core service area. You’ll be notified as soon as someone accepts.
You only pay when a Pro accepts. If no one accepts your booking, your pre-authorization is released in full and nothing is charged to your card.
Booking the same service regularly? Set it to recur and the discount kicks in from your second visit: 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, 10% monthly. See recurring bookings for how to pause or skip a visit.
After a great visit, save that Pro to your favourites. You can re-book the same person directly from your home screen, and Zulma will match them to your next booking whenever they’re available.
