Pricing starts from $219, and the all-in price is shown before you confirm, with no hidden fees. Zulma isn’t charging sales tax during launch, so the number you see is the number you pay.

What it costs

The standard clean starts from $219 for a baseline 3-bed, 2-bath home with no add-ons. Larger homes scale up: add $20 per bedroom beyond 3 and $15 per bathroom beyond 2. A few slots carry a surcharge (same-day rush, a peak Friday-evening or weekend slot, or an edge-zone trip), and these are always shown before you confirm. When to choose a standard clean

Recurring upkeep: Weekly or biweekly cleans keep your home consistently fresh. Set up a recurring schedule and the discount applies from your second visit: 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, 10% monthly. Busy households: Two-income families or parents who’d rather spend the weekend with their kids than scrubbing bathrooms. Between deep cleans: A standard clean maintains the work of a deep clean, so you only need the thorough one every 3 to 6 months.

Frequently asked questions

Most customers go biweekly: that’s the sweet spot for keeping a home looking fresh without overspending. Weekly works well for larger families or homes with pets and kids. Monthly is doable, but you’ll likely want a deep clean every 3 to 4 months on top.
No. Most customers leave a lockbox code, smart-lock PIN, or doorman instructions in their booking. Zulma shares access details with the cleaner only after they accept the job. You’ll get a push and email notification when the Pro arrives and again when the clean is complete.
If you favourite a cleaner and book recurring, Zulma prioritizes them when they’re available. If they’re booked or unwell, you’re matched with another vetted cleaner, and you can always reschedule free up to 24 hours before.
Cleaners default to eco-friendly, fragrance-free supplies safe for kids and pets. If you have specific products you want used, leave a note in your booking and the cleaner will follow your instructions. You can also request the green, unscented line at booking for a small premium.
Report it within 24 hours and Zulma will send someone back to re-clean those areas at no charge, or apply a Zulma credit to your account. Quality is backed on every clean.
