Every referral bonus is paid automatically to your connected payout account, the same place your job earnings land. You never have to invoice anyone or chase a payment.
The Pro referral program
Refer another Pro to Zulma. When they join, get approved, and start completing jobs, bonuses unlock for both of you. It is two-sided: you earn, and so does the Pro you brought in.
The bonuses pay out in four steps as the referred Pro reaches Zulma-commission milestones. As they keep working and Zulma earns its commission on their jobs, each step unlocks:

That is up to $200 per side once a referred Pro is fully established. Both you and the Pro you referred receive the same amounts at each step.
The program is service-agnostic. It works the same whether the Pro you refer does cleaning, lawn care, or car detailing.

The best people to refer are Pros who will stick around and stay busy. The bonus is built to reward referrals who become active, reliable members of the platform, not one-time sign-ups.
Recurring work builds steady income
The referral program rewards you for growing the Pro community. Recurring bookings reward you for doing great work that customers want again.
When a customer books a recurring schedule, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, the agreed per-visit price is locked for the duration of that schedule. That gives both you and the customer cost predictability, and it turns one good job into a steady stream of repeat work.
Recurring discounts come out of Zulma’s share, not yours. You are paid on the full pre-discount amount for every visit, so a recurring customer is worth the same per visit to you as a one-off.
